AFAIK, dotside is also official. The experimental stuff isn't, however. I'll ask on the BPFK list and get back to you.
 
As far as jboselkei is concerned, I think the stance is strictly official only, or possibly non-official + common practice.

xorlo officially became part of the language years ago.
I don't know whether there also was an official voting for dotside,
but that one is de-facto official as well.

experimental words on the other hand could be marked as such, I agree.

All in all you probably listed the least controversial proposal in your mail .u'iru'e
