I think it is outside the city; we can use lujvo such as "bernenri" for the
other case. But "mi" does not make sense as a terberti. The terberti should be
"lo maksi" or "lo jendu" (and surveyors deal with others such as "lo
cipi'emuzesomoi cartu" and "lo jecta gredile pe la .ber.karolinas.").
