[lojban] BPFK Work

I just wanted to take this time to specifically thank Ilmen for all the work he's done recently on the BPFK Sections. Apparently, when this person heard that the work was almost done, Ilmen decided to help get rid of the 'almost', and I for one am appreciative of that.

I am of course aware that Ilmen is not the only person who has done recent work, however, Ilmen has done far more than all the others combined, and that is why I felt deserved this recognition.
