GSoC'2014 promises to add new features to Tatoeba that will bring it to the level of Duolingo. So get ready for Lojban courses there.

Although I never tried Anki, I have been using Memrise extensively for Chinese vocabulary.
It also has some glitches, too many repetitions for example, but it is motivating and
effective as far as I can tell from around 3 years experience. It counts all sessions you do.

There are many well-developed courses on Lojban including interesting (even etymological)
memes (learning aids). So if you want you could try it out. I would recommend it to learners
of any language every day.
