Not in Spanish. Mistakes such as "conosca", "bienbenidos", and confusing 
"has/haz" and "ves/vez" are common. I know of one accent that changes the 
vowels (s is swallowed and its former presence causes vowel quality to change, 
and I know someone who speaks like that). Besides the difference between 
Castilian and Andalusian/Leftpondian pronunciations of "z", there are 
Dominicans who sometimes pronounce /r/ as [l], Salvadorans and others 
(including me) who often pronounce final /n/ as [ŋ], and various people who 
swallow /s/.
