Do we have any comparable historical statistics on the lojban irc channels activity? My impression is that the decline in list activity is due at least in part to a shift from the lists to irc, but I'm not on irc very often so I can't really say if that's been declining as well or not.



Only Lojban text is publicly logged from the main channels, so it's difficult to measure the extent to which things were discussed in any language except Lojban. I think I remember seeing a chart produced in korpora zei sisku that showed that 2012 was the peak activity for discussion in Lojban, in IRC.

Anecdotally, I feel that 2012 was a peak in discussion overall, but I do not have comprehensive logs to prove this.
