So to clarify: we're currently discussing case laminate vs. cloth
bound vs. cloth bound + dust jacket.
Your input to this process is obivously relevant. :D If no-one
comes up with something shiny and pretty, we'll just go with
straight cloth bound (which will still need a cover but a much less
fancy one, I imagine, maybe just the spine?).
