klaji doesnt have "from" place.

Nor a "to" place, in the sense that I think you mean. klaji3 is for buildings and such located on the side of klaji1, such that they can be accessed from it. The idea being that the end points of streets are not particularly interesting or relevant.

how would you express them when they are absent?

"fe'e co'a", "fe'e co'u"? 
 
How to describe two-way doors, bridges and streets?

"relselfa'a" (vs. "pavyselfa'a")?
