Re: [lojban] Justifying a command

In English, I can say something like "Drink your milk because it

In Lojban I can say {ko pinxe loi ladru} "drink some milk" and {do
pinxe loi ladru na.a do tsali} "you drinking milk implies that you are
strong", but I don't know how to combine them in a suitable manner.
By the way, let me know if there is a more appropriate way to say the
second one. I originally thought something with ri'a would do, but
something seems off about using ri'a to talk about a hypothetical
situation.
Anyway, how can I give a command and explain why I gave it, without
making the explanation part of the statement I want the listener to
do. I don't want to tell someone "stop making faces or your face will
stick that way" and make it seem like "making your face stick that
way" is an avenue of fulfilling my command.
{ko pinxe lo ladru .i ki'u bo lo nu do pinxe lo ladru cu selja'e lo nu
do tsali}
{ko pinxe lo ladru .i ki'u bo lo nu go'i cu selja'e lo nu do tsali}
(shorter version)
"Drink milk, because if you drink milk you'll be strong."
or
{ko pinxe lo ladru .i ki'u bo lo ka pinxe lo ladru cu tadji lo ka tsali}
"Drink milk, because drinking milk is a method for being strong." (using
{tadji}/"method" is more impersonal)
{.i ki'u bo} is a special construction linking two sentences with the
relation {krinu} "because" (it's like the conjunction "because" between
two complete sentences in English).
