I approve of the event of you hosting this. (I'm starting to think lojbanly. IT'S WORKING!! lol)

I might work on organizing and optimizing the script for possible release.

Attached are updated versions:
- the chapter links in index.html now open to the start of the chapter instead of section 1 of that chapter
- unique links in chapter 20 and 21 are now fixed
