[lojban] tatoeba search improvement

Previously when you search for {.i} on Tatoeba it returned {go'i} and other words with /'i/.

A change has been pushed to production

It makes apostrophe a letter, not a separator thus it allows to search more correctly. Searching for "i" no longer returns sentences with {go'i}.
