[lojban] zo diptre ji zo doptre?

There's a unit called the diopter, or dioptre, which is the reciprocal of a
meter, or metre. Coincidentally, "dioptre" ends in "tre", which is the rafsi
of "mitre". "diop" is no longer allowed as a syllable, but "dip" and "dop"
are, neither of which is an assigned rafsi. So which should it be, and what
should "dip" or "dop" mean?
