[lojban] Please poke at the website(s).

I made substantial changes to lojban.org that *should* result in
improved performance, particularly for mw.lojban.org

Please let me know if you see any problems.  Note that "it's not any
faster for me" doesn't count as a problem for this purpose, sorry.
