There are three options as of now:

1. http://mw.lojban.org/extensions/ilmentufa/glosser/glosser.htm

2. http://mw.lojban.org/extensions/ilmentufa/ircbot/naxle.html Type text and press "Lojban > English"

3. http://www.lojban.org/jboski/ although this doesn't support experimental grammar.

This isn't really a question but I think it would be cool if there was an easy way to translate text without translating it word for word with something like jbovlaste.lojban.org/lookup. (My vocabulary is very limited.) I found out that the Google Translator Toolkit supports lojban, but no one (or at least not many) have used it. Here is a picture and here is the website.

Neither anyone tried developing Lojban translation for Apertium.
