[lojban] Situation with ISO-fuhivla for countries.

Compared to the original xorxe's list around 15 countries don't have ISO now.

E.g. St. Barthélemy was about to get .bl code however it didn't.

Countrees disappear, ISO codes get reassigned. So ISO-fuhivla are drifting apart from Lojban system.

I propose
