 The site seems to have a "responsive layout" so just resizing the browser window smaller on desktop shows the problem. I also found a bug: resize the browser window to mobile size, show and hide the menu, expand browser window back to desktop size and now the sidebar menu doesn't show.

Did the MobileFrontend interface show up during your tests like in the screenshot above?
