Re: [lojban] seca'o

2015-08-31 15:30 GMT+03:00 Pierre Abbat <phma@bezitopo.org>:
One of the questions added yesterday has the answer "seca'o". As far as I'm
aware, this is ungrammatical; members of BAI may be converted with SE, which
is equivalent to converting the corresponding brivla, but tense markers
cannot.

This has already been discussed in IRC. Possible solutions:
1. ca su'o pagbu be ko'a
2. {ca lo nu ca'o broda} (i.e. invert the order or clauses that you need) or {i ca bo ca'o broda}

Related question: what is the Lojban for "tense" in the grammar sense,
including spatial tenses?

Depends on which selmaho you want to include into your definition. Are TAhE tenses, is "Present Continuous" a tense or not? Is {PA roi} a tense? Is {fi'o fadni} a tense?
