Even if Lojban doesn't have tense or aspect (which it does), we should be able
to talk in Lojban about tense and aspect of languages which do have them.
You haven't answered which selmaho belong to tenses, which to aspects
and as for other languages like with most PoS words it's ambiguity. Different language mean different things for "tense" (e.g. since when "Continuous" is tense? {ja'e} is aspect in English etc.)
