I use Memrise. It has daily reminders, daily point goals, and a decent gadri/cmavo list.
I only know about flashcard apps. You import sets of flashcards and practice the vocabulary. Anki has a number of already-made public decks. To learn the grammar, there are text resources on the main website, there are videos on YouTube that explain different concepts.
