https://mw.lojban.org is the new address for the wiki. Notice the difference? Robin finally enabled secure https protocol globally redirecting all old addresses for the tiki and http://mw.lojban.org into it.
The reason for this is ... security.

Recently, we have gotten some performance issues with LMW. So to decrease memory load we disabled several extensions listed here:

If you really need one of those extensions please let us know. Also you may subscribe to this github repository by pressing "watch" and/or post new issues there. It's supposed to be the official bug tracker of the wiki.

Posting questions and issues here is still fine of course.
