I just saw this, and Bob's answer is "I don't know".I don't think I have ever actually used a lujvo form for this concept, and I don't know what others have used. The CLL text does, however, say that the lowest algorithm score is for “lojbaugri” and barring any usage history to the contrary, IMHO, the best scoring word should have a dictionary entry, even if it only points to some word that is preferred in usage. Someone who knows the algorithm will try to look it up based on the scoring.
Back when I was planning the dictionary, I actually wanted up to three entries: the best scoring one (for someone who knows the algorithm, but wants to check the definition/place structure), the fully-expanded form "lojbybangygirzu" (for someone who doesn't know the rafsi) if it is different, and any form that is preferred in usage to those two.
I understand that the current concept for jbovlaste would make it hard to enforce creating all three entries (though I can imagine a software approach that might be used to generate the algorithmic and fully expanded forms with cross-reference pointers to the word-form which is defined, if they do not already exist for a given word. This might even be a problem with the current jbovlaste, since I suspect that someone currently could add a different form of a lujvo with a different definition, and that error would not be detected. (But that isn't a CLL production issue).
