[lojban] The new What Is Lojban? book

A month or two ago?, whilst doing CLL stuff, I accidentally uploaded
the CLL data on top of the What Is Lojban? book.

Turns out Lightning Source doesn't keep the working versions, even
when the new version immediately fails their tests.

I don't have the tooling to generate WiL? from source, but
fortunately I found a PDF of it, which was incorrectly sized, but I
was able to fix that.

I couldn't find a good cover picture, though, so Matt Arnold saved
the day and made a new one.
