In short this is just an interface to jbovlaste.lojban.org + some more databases like tatoeba.org and the crash course dictionary.

I'm not sure what you mean by "orphan entries". You mean WITHIN the same dictionary like e.g. word {basfa} is not referenced by any other word in the English-Lojban dictionary?

Then yes, there are a lot of such words. Not sure how useful it'd be to have backlinks for every word.

But it'd be nice to have every word to be linked to at least one word so that we can construct a semantic network for Lojban.

Again this concept can be extended to "define every word in Lojban and construct a network of how close are every two words in their definitions based on

1st network. grammatical structure of their definitions (e.g. lo clani = lo to'e tordu, lo tordu = lo to'e clani)

2nd network. semantical structure of their definitions (e.g. "cat is an animal", "lion is an animal" so the two words must be somehow close semantically).

One can add this to their todo lists.

Sorting results is now smarter (e.g. for equal relevance results put cmavo and gismu higher).
You can use "h" instead of " ' " to search for words.
"Back" button to return to the desktop screen
Better interface on mobile devices
Breadcrumbs: by pressing on the "sutysisku" title you return to the initial screen and can see your last searched words or word combinations.
