[lojban] A java lujvo creator (luvzba)

To make a long story short:
Yesterday I tried to install jvocu'adju to determine some new lujvo (I do personally not like fu'ivla..).
The original jbofi'e would for some reason not compile on my PC (Windows argh) so I started hacking together my own thing, working with java, thus on my opinion much easier to compile.

Please if you find any errors/ problems with this program let me know! I'm not interested in distributing code that contains errors..
