The very first question asks "Are you comfortable with using OL (Official Lojban)?" 
What do you mean by 'comfortable'? Fluent enough to use it in all situations? Not embarrassed when speaking it? 

Familiar with the grammar? 

I have no idea how to answer that question. 

I don't speak Lojban, but I'm familiar with most of the basic grammar and a lot of the words, as well as with many of the issues Lojban has.
