I still don't know what it means "clear". How can person not want to use CLL Lojban if 'ey doesn't speak it? Bad tutorials? CLL being hard to understand? But if we are talking about fluent speakers then does it matter what they want to speak when they
already speak CLL Lojban and the rest doesn't have documentation?
well, {le} didn't become {lo} in most dialects ...
