[lojban] Now you can join the live chat via Facebook messenger and Mattermost too

The new relay bridge is more or less stable now. You can now join main Lojban channels using any of 

1. Mattermost, 

2. Facebook messenger, 

3. Telegram, 

4. Slack 

5. IRC

All the channels are synchronized between each other choosing one method from the above is enough.
