Your Mail data has been extracted in the MBOX file format:

• MBOX - An mbox is a way of storing mail messages and is supported by common mail clients like Microsoft Outlook 2011, Mozilla Thunderbird, and Apple's Mail program. These files are most easily opened by a dedicated mail client like those listed above.
• By default, we provide all of your mail in a single mbox file. Alternatively, you can choose labels to export, each of which will be contained in its own mbox file. For more information about importing mboxes into your favorite mail client, take a look at this excellent tutorial from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
• In Gmail, labels are applied to entire threads, not single messages. This means you may receive duplicate copies of some messages if you decided to export multiple labels.
• When you export your mail from Gmail, each message's labels are preserved in a special X-Gmail-Labels header, in CSV format. While no mail client recognizes this header now, most mail clients allow for extensions to be written that could make use of this data.
