In a few decades, if tinkit is lucky. Probably never. But if someone starts
using the hex digits, we should probably assume that they are using hex
unless they tell you otherwise precisely because some people still believe
that it is the default, while some just wish it were.
Note that pgp uses hex, if you were assuming decimal then my sig would make
no sense.
