One of the glosses for {kisto} is "Pashto", but there are lots of Pashtuns in 
Afghanistan too, so how do we distinguish Pashto, Pakistani, and Afghani? 
{avgani} is a valid type-4, but shouldn't be used without a gismr, since they 
call their rupnu by the same word.
