Hebrew: mi zeh machshikh `etsah bmilin bli-da`at?
Douay: Who is this that wrappeth up sentences in unskilful words?
NIV: Who is this that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge?
Lojban: ma vi te mangu'i le <`etsah> lei juncau valsi?

What does `etsah mean and how should it be translated? It looks like the
feminine of the word for "tree", but that makes no sense here.
