I'm not sure what {lo jbena be fa mi} means, but pe'i it reduces to {mi} :
lo jbena is a person who is/was/shall be born

So **I am concurrent w/ 1974 or
**The one I gave birth to is concurrent w/1998

Is not right - it should be lo[pa]nu jbena be mi....
