It seems now that there is already an encouraging collection of papers on
LL and machine translation. If these are collected on a dedicated web
page, that page could be interlinked with the

I hope it is not too late already, as tomorrow the EC ministers meet again
to persuade the Spanish and others to drop their language requirements so
as to clear the way for a cheap community patent.
