They are tanru, so they don't have a fixed meaning.
{pamoi broda} has the place structure of {broda},
{broda pamoi} that of {pamoi}.

I tend to use {broda pamoi} in the sense of {pamoi be lei broda}.
There is no equally simple expansion of {pamoi broda}, as far
as I can see.
