Robin Gaskell posted the following on the AUXLANG mailing list. It isn't 
the same list, but it reminds me of the list I made up for creating the set 
of indicators. Lojban can probably express most of these distinctions both 
as indicators (though we have a 7 point scale instead of a 5 point one) 
and as predicates. Anyone willing to try?
