We use "Hrvatska", pronounced just as a lojbanist would read it. I can't put the accent right on a normal fu'ivla! And, although I am not a keeper of arcane knowledge of lojban, I think "xorvato" could work, since "rvato" is not a legal gismu, right? Paris was first, England followed. The rest is OK, I think.
