So x3 of mlana indicates on which side of x2 x1 is!
So: x1 is on the x3 (left or right) side of x2, which is
oriented according to x4.

Another way of saying the same thing would be:

by zunle le tanxe abu

ko'a ko'e zunle ko'i = ko'a ko'e mlana be le zunle ko'i

I could also say:

le tricu cu mlana mi le zunle le zdani

We could say that {mlana} is either {zunle} or {pritu}, and
the x3 determines which one.
