If you can run an H.323 gatekeeper on the NAT host, yes.

If you can modify the NAT stack on the NAT host, then probably.

If you can setup some port redirections, and modify your client in
certain specific ways, then maybe.

Otherwise, no, I'm fairly sure there isn't any way.
