The other way to see it is that enough people joined in the discussion, which was kept at level for such to occur, that people reached a consensus and they knew what it was. As far as I remember, the same occurred with vo'a. -- Before Sept. 11 there was not the present excited talk about a strike on Iraq. There is no evidence of any connection between Iraq and that act of terrorism. Why would that event change the situation? -- Howard Zinn
