This is hardly surprising. Places introduced with tags behave
just like core places. The difference between those two is
analogous to the difference between these:

fe ro ninmu fa lo nanmu cu cinba
fa lo nanmu fe ro ninmu cu cinba

No, it does not, if by {le nu broda} you mean {le pa nu broda}.
Singular terms are very benign and can be moved around safely.
If it's {le za'u nu broda} then yes, they are distinct, but this
is hardly ever the case in practice.
