Yes. "three of the dogs bite two of the men" (not necessarily the
same two men). "le 3 (le) gerku cu batci le 2 (le) nanmu" =
"each of the 3 dogs bites each of the 2 men", & here the sumti
can be in either order (for general logical reasons).
