A lojban name is not supposed to sound exactly like the original does anyway, it can't. "timo'is" will be pronounced by most people with an "h", it will be pronounced as "th" only by those who use that pronunciation in other words, of course. Similarly, "maiky'elsem" will be pronounced with "th" by those who use that pronunciation.
