If a lervla is followed immediately by a cmegadri and a cmevla that begins
with a consonant, it does not need a pause. E.g.:

{kylaDJAN.VIska}
{kylaDJAN}{VIska} #break at pause
{ky}{la}{DJAN}{VIska} #break off cmegadri and what precedes it

If, however, the cmevla begins with a vowel and the cmegadri is not {la}, or
there is a >2-letter cmavo between the lervla and the cmegadri, a pause is
required. E.g.:

{roMIcyboilaDJAN.DUNda}
{roMIcyboilaDJAN}{DUNda}
{roMIcyboi}{la}{DJAN}{DUNda}

which means "All medicine balls give John" instead of "We all give C to John".
