What you think 'lo mikce' means, re-expressed with das, is 'pada poi mikce'.
'da poi mikce' (= 'lo mikce') means ANY da that mikce. Similar to how 'da na
prane prenu' means 'nobody is perfect', not 'somebody is imperfect'.
