I don't know if there is other isolating language, since the definition 
of an isolating language is that one letter is one basic language unit,
one word matches one typography, and there is no conjugation nor 
attachment (I don't know the terminology, i.e. like Turkish and 
Japanese). I don't know if lojban can be classified into any language 
group. Yes, a gismu is a basic language unit, and one gismu one 
typography (but it is still written in roman alphabet...) But when a 
gismu changes its position, there must be some limitator to do the 
grammaticalisation.
