I also took a look at the gismu list. I noticed that there are quite lot of gismu for nationalities and countries (merko - American, glico - English, etc.). Why do some countries (notably rakso - Iraqi, jordo - Jordanian, libjo - Libyan) have a gismu while others don't? That my own country, the Netherlands, is missing is not so strange---for it is only small--- but what about Italy for example?
