This is TLI Loglan (the ancestor of Lojban). You can find the map
between Loglan prims and Lojban gismu at
http://www.lojban.org/files/wordlists/oldlog.txt

In particular,
Loglan | Lojban
finmo [fio] | cinmo [cni]
kinci [kin] | kansa [kan]
claso/clesi (old version?) | claxu [cau]
narti [nar] | sepli [sep/sei]

Thus, the translation of the Loglan compounds into Lojban lujvo is:
kinclefio => kancaucni
nartyfio => seicni

By the way, {seicni} is in the current lujvo list
http://www.lojban.org/files/draft-dictionary/NORALUJV.txt
