Yes it is, but you still need a main selbri: both {la } and {la } are acceptable {la poi le ke'a xirma cu se terpa ku'o nanmu} works for "Man whose horse is feared", but the very significant "even" is missing. If the original name suggests that he is so fearsome that even the sight of his horse causes fear, this translation is not so good, because it suggests that it is the horse itself who is fearsome.
