As for me, I don't have problems with the use of {vi'e} in this context - rather than with your explanation in *Lojban* ;-(

".i le do nobli turni be la ter. ku se cfari"???
{le do nobli turni} doesn't seem to mean "your reign" nor "your reigning", but something like "your * ruler/governor/sovereign*
", whatever this means! (It's the x1-place of
turni tru govern x1 governs/rules/is ruler/governor/sovereign!)
I also found the lujvo {noltru} as "reign/rule" (obviously a verb and not a noun - otherwise it were mal-formed!)

{le du/mu'e do nobli turni be la ter. ku ...}?

{se cfari} ???
{... cu/ba cfari} !
x1 [state/event/process] commences/initiates/starts/begins to occur; (intransitive verb) !

".i loi do se djica ..." ???
{.i loi se djica do} or {.i le/lo/loi du'u do djica} ?

.aulun.
