I just got it from CAIS:

The frameset comes up, but the links to the frame pages have literal
"www.lojban.org" in them, which produces an error. You can add ns.cais.com and
ns2.cais.com to your /etc/resolv.conf (if you can be root) and see if that makes
it work better.
